- Firstly, in a small blender take boiled corn or frozen corn. blend to coarse paste without adding any water transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl,add boiled and mashed potato,add onion, capsicum, chilli and ginger paste,add spices and salt,add ¼ cup bread crumbs add crushed black pepper,also add lemon juice mix everything well to form a dough.
- Add in more bread crumbs if there is to much moisture.
- Make bullet shaped fritters greasing hands with oil roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry them into hot oil fry till the fritters turn golden brown on medium flame.
- Serve corn fritters with tomato sauce and few slices of onion.
